Change the Approver in form and workflow

Hi,

Is there a form of one admin user change the user in the Form and/or in the workflow to make the process correct?

I know that we have the Bulk Edit to change the user in the form and Task Reassign to change the approver but we have one another way to do this in one "easy way"?
