I need to raise a SR but your website is not accepting the oracle device SN.
I need to get an email address for someone at oracle to get this issue resolved ASAP. we had received the HW Fault email from oracle cloud infrastructure on the 14th October and within that email it says oracle cloud infrastructure will be contacting us to troubleshoot and resolve the issue if possible. That has not happened no communication has taken place. More importantly I need to get your tool fixed to accept the serial number to get a case logged for this faulty device ASAP!!
