Has anyone found a way to allow users to modify their Ethnicity in ESS without adding or deleting? We have an applicant tracking system that gathers the initial information, but if a user doesn't answer the ethnicity question, it feeds over as not specified. We want to enable the user to modify this not specified selection without deleting it or adding more ethnicity rows
