Automatically Kick off intragovernmental groups for GT&C interface program

As part of GT&C pull SRS, can this program be run automatically to pull groups for GT&C.  I know Mahesh was raising some concerns on group updates while being pulled..etc  but my point, if there is change, user can still run this program separately , if required. Think of about larger agencies  they might have lot of orgs and scheduling additional programs  can be avoided. Yes, we can write wrapper   but our fed management wants to avoid CEMLI objects as much possible.
