Can we tie medical rates to a vaccination status?

If we have implemented the new employee self-service vaccination tracking functionality in the Health and Safety module. How would I go about setting up a medical plan rate structure based on vaccination status (COVID19 vaccination) in Base Benefits and administering it through Benefits Administration? One set of rates if vaccinated and another set of rates if not vaccinated. We are current on 9.2, Tools 8.57.
