Adjusted Forecast measure not copied to Last Approved Forecast after batch for all forecast weeks

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question
Adjusted Forecast measure not copied to Last Approved Forecast after batch for all weeks in the Forecast Horizon. The Keep Last Change is set as 'Total' and the approval method is set as 'Approve by Alert' . The SKU/location/weeks are not having alerts and hence expect auto approval. Could there be any possible reason for the Adjusted Forecast values to not get copied to Last Approved Forecast after the batch for some weeks toward the end of the Forecast Horizon.  Is there a documentation or any previous discussions around this available?
