Does the content of AWR snapshot change depending on CONTROL_MANAGEMENT_PACK_ACCESS?

How does the behavior change when "CONTROL_MANAGEMENT_PACK_ACCESS" is set from "NONE" to "DIAGNSOTIC"?

 

For example, the following is assumed, but is there any difference? Is there anything else?

(1) The amount of information acquired by the AWR snapshots do not change before and after the change of "CONTROL_MANAGEMENT_PACK_ACCESS".

(2) If "STATISTICS_LEVEL" is "TYPICAL", the automatic database diagnostic monitor (ADDM) will be enabled.
