Negative values in OAF lov region

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
I am using EBS 12.2.10 with database 19c (19.10.0.0.0). I have deployed custom OAF form in which lov region is showing negative values. In table, column datatype is VARCHAR2 but it is stored like 210800002. In jdeveloper as well, it is being shown as negative values.
