Cloning FAT client

We have done is successfully in the past. We cloned a working fat client and renamed a couple of .ora file and it worked.

We are currently trying the same with 9.2, tools 9245 fat client on windows 10, after cloning we did rename the file mentioned in this post-

but its still having issues with the loacal db client. see below-
