How to Expose Oracle Fusion Data to an External System or Service

in CRM On Demand - Web Services Integration (MOSC) Question
Hi everyone,

My costumer is requesting to perform an integration of the Oracle Fusion Contracts (OKS) module to an external system and I am looking for a way in which I can expose, display or send data to this external application, but that is not through a report by OTBI.
Is there a service that I can provide to the external system to be able to send information directly and specific to Contracts that are generated in Fusion?
