Heartbeat Status of Agent fails

Yesterday I installed on my OEL 8.3 OEM13.5 RU1 and also (first time ever ) newest patch for Agent p32924765.

OEM works more or less correct ( at least not worse than before patch)  but Agent after applying this patch return such a message:

emctl status agent

any ideas what is wrong ?  Any hints how to repair it ?
