Media-manager latching enabled

Hi,

Acme Packet OS VM SCZ8.3.0 MR-1 Patch 7 (Build 292)

Oracle Linux branches-7/el7-u7 {2019-11-01T07:00:00+0000}

Build Date=03/13/20

For an one way speech issue, I found that to solve it I have to disabled the latching parameter in media-manager object.

the problem is that I'm in a prod sbc and I'm not sure what will be the impact of this change.

Can you please clarify me on which scenario the latching is required/needed?

I know that the default value is disabled.

I don't want to fix 1 issue and produce another one.
