Where is patch 33435123 for IRS lock-in letter fix?

According to Tax 21-D notes there is an additional modification for lock-in letter functionality. Customers should also apply Patch 33435123, which will be posted on or after 18 October 2021.

Can anyone advise when this will be available and will it be posted to Hot Topics?
