Question on Oracle 19.10 critical patch update

Hi,

I installed Oracle RDBMS 19.10 and patches required as well. However when Critical Patch Update Oct,2021 is released, I could not find the patch details for 19.10.

Patch details are specified only for 19.11, 19.12 and 19.13.

Am I supposed to update to 19.13 if no Critical patches are being released? I could not find post upgrade patches to 19.13 as well.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
