APP-SQLAP-10247 You cannot delete a scheduled payment if it is paid or partially paid atleast once.

We upgraded to 12.2.9 and we just voided an electronic payment bc the bank account was incorrect. We put the invoice on hold. We corrected the bank account on the supplier and then tried to delete the scheduled payment and are receiving the message above. any ideas. Thanks!
