Anyone else having issues consistently rendering a 1098T on a cell phone?

I have disabled the popup blocker, which allows me to view it once but not twice. I get the following error message the second attempt: "This form cannot be updated using a mobile device. (235.263) Would you like to view the form in 'Read Only' mode now?" When I click Yes, it goes to the 1098-T Tax Form page and does not display the pdf.
