Issue with the shipping Delivery?

Hi, I need help to fix delivery issue that I am having. When I query a delivery I am unable to ship confirm. The error message says: Some deliveries selected for Ship Confirm have errors or warnings. When I click on detail, it tells me that the delivery cannot be ship confirmed as it does not have any delivery lines to ship. Any advise to solve will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
