CA payroll - Critical Care Deduction not calculating

I was just informed by my payroll specialist and benefits manager that the DBA setup for CA payroll for Critical Care has not calculated on anyone since January 2021. This is not a new DBA, it has been in existence since 2013. The only thing that I know of that changed, was that we upgraded from JDE 9.1 to JDE 9.2 in the middle of January 2021. I've checked all of the obvious things and can't seem to find what is causing our problem.

Any ideas?
