Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Gurus,

Can i directly install oracle 19.11 software on RHEL 7 standalone m/c or i need to first install base release 19.3 then apply RU?

can someone point me to where i can download the 19.11 software.
