End user Recent Reports windows non-display

Hi,

A end user, when login in the Recent Reports window display then disappear.

I checked the profile and preferences against other users, it's the same.

Try to login with other PC it's not good, and using the user's account logon my PC, not good too.

I cleared the Web caches and re-build user security, but not work.

Just the user account has the issues.

Who have faced the same issues , and how to check and fix it ? thanks.
