OPatch update stop at Starting Installations

Hi Guys,

I have question with regard to OPatch update for Weblogic Server 12.2.1.3.

I have tried to update OPatch version to 13.9.4.2.6 but unfortunately the process just stop at Starting Installations stage.

I have waited for more than 1 hour but nothing happened. I'm totally clueless as I couldn't found any error message in the Install log.

Any idea what when wrong. Is there a way for me to rectify this? Appreciate your advise on this. Thanks.
