The Budget Status field is missing from ePro Create Req pg after PUM 41

Has anyone noticed this omission while creating a requisition after applying PUM 41? Has anyone filed a ticket with Oracle about it? 

While testing PUM 41 for Finance, my colleague noticed that the BUDGET STATUS was gone from the bottom of the Checkout page when you create a requisition (ePro). 

Page name is PV_REQ_CHECKOUT.

We ask the users to pre-check the budget to ensure that the account string is valid/exists. So the omission of this field is noticeable.  

The title at the top of the page is:  Edit Requisition - Review and Submit
