ora.asmgroup misaligned

Since upgrade of our RAC cluster from 12.2 to 19c we have noticed that the diskgroups are misaligned (we would expect instance 1 to be on node 1, rac0, 2 on rac1 and 3 on rac2):  


ora.DATA.dg(ora.asmgroup)

   1    ONLINE ONLINE    rac1      STABLE        

   2    ONLINE ONLINE    rac0      STABLE

   3    ONLINE ONLINE    rac2      STABLE

ora.RECO.dg(ora.asmgroup)

   1    ONLINE ONLINE    rac1      STABLE

   2    ONLINE ONLINE    rac0    STABLE

   3    ONLINE ONLINE    rac2      STABLE


The databases are correctly aligned:


ora.orcldb.db

   1    ONLINE ONLINE    rac0      

                               

                               

   2    ONLINE ONLINE    rac1      

                               

                               

   3    ONLINE ONLINE    rac2      

                               

I think that the cause might have been that as part of the upgrade the gridSetup.sh -executeConfigTools was run on rac1 rather than node 1 rac0.
