Oracle Database Mobile Server - Data collection queue examples

Hello,

The Oracle Database Mobile Server documentation Developer's Guide (E58649-01) refers to sample pages for the full data collection queue example (page 104, section 2-76).

I can't seem to find these example code?

I am trying to implement a Data Collection Queue in Java and the examples being referred to would be very helpful.
