Do we have a standard value set to display only the month and year?

Hello,

I have a requirement to display a field whose values are restricted to display only the month and year. Customer does not want to select the actual day on the month but only the corresponding month and year. Is there a standard value set in Oracle EBS which could meet this requirement? If not, then how can I use an existing date type value set to only capture the month and year?
