R12.2.10: Reactivate an Account Site Email record?
Hello,
For a Customer, one of our users inadvertently inactivated an Account Site Email record. Now they want to re-activate it but in the Customer->Customer Account -->> Communication Tab, under the Account Site Email section, I don't see a way to list inactive records or reactivate them.
Any idea how to do this?
