Oracle Forms 12c with EBS r12.1.3

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Gurus,

We have a need to run Oracle Forms 10g which comes with Oracle EBS r12.1.3 tech stack and Oracle Forms 12c side by side on Oracle EBS r12.1.3 Application tier, which is 10gAS Application server.

The use case goes like this:

  1. Oracle EBS r12.1.3 runs on Forms 10g, and app server 10gAs.
  2. We have a custom forms application that will be upgraded from forms 10g to 12c.
  3. This custom application is an extension of Oracle EBS, but built using standalone forms 10g, this application does not use TEMPLATE.fmb or any AOL features.
  4. Now this custom application is upgraded to 12c.
