Question Integrated SOA Gateway

End user recently upgraded to 12.2.9, Integrated SOA Gateway function is added to the Navigator menu, I would like to ask the following question regarding to this new function:

1. If end user wants to use this function, does it ready to use or require additional configuration?

2. Is it no additional cost or license to use this bundled function?

3. What's different of using an external Web Service server and this EBS bundled Integrated SOA Gateway?

4. Where can i find the updated setup and user guide for this Integrated SOA Gateway
