9.2 Environment. Configured Hub is allowing transactions between different hub companies (Incorrect

Hi Everyone

Two configured Hubs for the Western US and the Eastern US have been set up. Each Hub has 5 companies which are all set as member companies . However the system still allows intercompany transactions between companies in the Eastern hub and the Western hub without error. These transactions should error out.

Upon checking the setup, I discovered that in the GA constants P0000 the intercompany value was still set to "2" as there are some companies which are still allowed to perform IC transactions with each other.

Must this value be set to a 3 for Configured hub settlements before the system will error out IC transactions between companies in the 2 hubs? I am presuming that setting it to a 3 will not affect IC transactions between non hub companies.
