Essbase 11.2 Licence query

Hi all

Does anyone know where I can find official Oracle information about the Essbase licence policy? We want to migrate to version 11.2 but we ONLY want to use Essbase and NONE of the others EPM modules such as Planning...etc. We want to know if this is possible or not and what is the criteria.

PS: I believe the essbase studio is no longer included
