Using Currency Amount or Decimal Amount field as Master Data Element in Dynamic data Set

We have a scenario where user should enter the date field "Tarikh Laporan Value Assessment (VA) bagi Projek Bangunan " for the Project Cost more than 50 million.

we can achieve this using Dynamic Date set(DDS) functionality but IN DDS Master Data element should be dropdown or Radio Button , In our scenario master data element is Currency amount.

Is it possible to enable or disable this date field based on the currency amount ? If not is there any other functionality where we can enable the date field for the Project Cost more than 50 million and to disable this field for the Project Cost less than 50 million
