Paste feature in AP invoice workbench

Hi All - am looking for some kind of feature which allows me to copy multiple values (means from multiple column) from excel sheet and paste in AP invoice invoice bench. This will help me to fill multiple values at a time in less time and create invoice .

Oracle version : R12.2.x

currently I have to copy one-one value and paste in invoice workbench, which is time consuming. Please help if something you have.
