Re-run Siebel upgrade on upgraded Repo

Hi Oracle Team,

Can you please tell how can i re-run the upgrade using the previously upgraded 21.5 repository instead of using the "old 8.1 Siebel repository". I came across in one of the oracle SR it is possible


Current siebel version is 21.5 . we have upgraded from siebel 8.1.1.10 to 21.5
