How to create a second standby from the existing standby with out data guard?

Hi,

I am running a RAC 12r2 in USA and I have a single node physical Standby in EU.

I need to create a second Standby in EU, but today is very complicated to copy the primary backups. Can I use the backups from the standby already existent that are physically close and feed the new standby with the archives from the primary or the existing standby.

I am not using data guard broker.
