Integrity between Cardex and Parts list

Request for any suggested solution for the below:

Have a WO which has been issued and MTST moved to 99 but the cardex is not updated with the related IM record. As we do not have an option for SQL in F4111 so is there any other way for the same? Also currently there exist zero QOH for the item/BP/Location.
