Attaching PDFs using Orchestrations

Hi - We have a use case where we need to perform the following :

  1. Using the third party API, retrieve the PDF invoice document from them.
  2. The PDF document then gets passed to the Orchestration to attach the PDF to JDE voucher.

Is there a way in Tools 9.2.4.3 , where the Orchestration can accept the PDF file as an input and attach it to the voucher media object ? I believe this functionality is available in 9.2.6 or Rel. 22 but wasn't sure about 9.2.4.3.
