19c preupgrade.jar execution hungs

Hello All,

I am trying to upgrade my 12.2.0.1 Database to 19c Version. I have installed 19c software successfully. However preupgrade.jar script is hanging, not showing any result/error for very long time. Upon research, i found latest preupgrade.jar from oracle recommendation note. I downloaded the same and tried again. Still no luck.

Could you please share any information about this.
