Guided Self Service - Able to see action/reason prior to effective date
When I set up a new effective dated action/reason on the action/reason table, I notice the action/reason is automatically showing up in Manager Self Service, Transaction Configuration, even on rows prior to the effective date of the new action/reason. In this situation if I try to initiate a transaction in Manager Self Service, with an effective date prior to the action/reason effective date, that new action/reason is available to choose. If I choose that action/reason (which is not effective on the transaction date) the reason does not show on the review and submit page.
