I am looking for a method to translate multiple numbers:

Example

Caller +33-1-1234-* calls +44-20-123456 or +1-212-12343 this gets translated to calling +33-1-5678

caller +41-41-234-* calls +44-20-123456 or +1-212-12343 this gets translated to +41-44-7890

Is there a way on the SBC to do this sort of coding ?
