Need patch details for upgrade from 12.13 To 12.2.2

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) 8 comments

Hi,

Currently we are using the application version 12.1.3 and database version 11.1.0.7.0. We are planning to upgrade the application version and we have planned to upgrade the DB 11.2.0.4, further 12C and Application version is 12.2.2.

We need to know how to download and where i download the EBS patches for 12.2.2. Please reply.
