Upgrade 11.2 to 19C

Hi,

I upgrade 11.2 databases to 19.12 version

but when I have discovered in OEM

the listed version is 19.0.0.0.0

Is there someone know why the version of my database is 19.0.0.0.0 in OEM 13C and not 19.12.0.0.210720
