Identify salary variances on payrolls

Hello,

I am interested in knowing how other users are identifying salary variances (or earnings variations) for employees on Oncycle payrolls? Is there a delivered report that would help do this?

We have a custom report that compares the totals with current and prior Payrun id. But it requires a lot of manual effort to identify the sources of those variations and then reconcile the variance amounts.
