Address book records with a dash in the Tax ID

Some of our address book records are created with a dash in the Tax ID field, but if the record is modified in any other field entering to the detail of the address number , the dash gets deleted from the Tax ID and also from the Regional Info.

Do you know if there's a bug registered for this? Is there a patch to fix it in JDE 9.2?
