What is the correct Logbias for temp files in Solaris ZFS?

Looking at this document:

it states in the file setting recommendations table on page 6 that the logbias for temp files is 'latency', but in the examples at the bottom on page 12 that the undo and tempfile pools are created with logbias=throughput. Which is the correct value?
