Mass Transaction Manager (MTM) - Retire w/Proceeds/RC Distribut

We are applying Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 39. Currently running with Image 28. We have found that Asset Disposal using Mass Transaction Manager (MTM) no longer retires Assets if the associated Project is Closed. In our current image (PI 028), this was not the case. Assets were processed regardless of the Project Status. We are using a copy of delivered Mass Transaction: "Retire w/Proceeds/RC Distribut"

Has anyone else noticed this difference, and if so, how did you work around, or solve this problem.
