Query to get Missed archive backup jobs details

we have multiple databases running in a machine and Archive backups are setup for each databases, but different times.

We have scheduled ARCH backup every hour for a fixed minute from UC4 scheduler.But the UC4 schedules sometimes NOT working and which causing for FRA space issue.

So we are looking a query to show missed schedule like 


Do we have any missed backup schedule in past 2 hours ?

If yes, when onwards missed ?


NOTE: Some arch backups are scheduled every 2 hours. So I prefer 2 hours in above question
