Siebel Vanilla Export fuction - Number format

As per bookshelf, for Siebel export functionality, it would take the regional settings for all the Number fields.

I would like to not have Number grouping separator meaning number should be exported as it is without any separator.

In Administration - Data - Locale - "Number Grouping Separator" Field is mandatory. How do I configure that there shouldn't be any number grouping separator.

I tried with "\0", didnt work.
