Run *Alter DB Prompt

We are on JDE 9.2 TR 9.2.5.2 and each time I install an ESU that requires *Alter to run, I get a database prompt and account locked in my logs. Instead I have to uncheck run *Alter and then manually generate the table.

I don't know which account it is trying to access for the *Alter to run. There doesn't seem to be too much technical information around this functionality.

Can anyone provide more information?
