Employee Self Service - Withdraw Resignation Process

We would like to understand what others are doing to address individuals who after successfully submitting their resignation and after it has been finalized into a JOB data row as a termination, are doing to re-instate and/or withdrawn that resignation and remove the 'to-be' termination/inactive status from JOB data. This, of course, has impact to any integrated functions, as well, such as benefits administration, but we wanted to understand how others were addressing this item and/or what standard operating procedure was being practiced to handle this.
