Hire Date Changes AFTER JOB data row has been created
We would like to understand what others are doing to address individuals who after successfully being 'hired' and/or 'rehired' into JOB data, there is a decision and/or reason for the stated hire date to be changed. With COVID being part of the mix, this could result in a change in the hire date due to exposure, etc.. So, how are others handling the change to the hire/rehire/start date in the system? This, of course, has impact to any integrated functions, as well, such as benefits administration, but we wanted to understand how others were addressing this item and/or
